  • Driving abroad....

    Hi everyone,
does anybody know if I can drive in Spain using my UK driving license after the 31 of October?
    Should I get a IDL?
    Thank you.

I went to the post office and applied for both types (1968 and 1949) of International Permit, that allow one to drive through Europe. Each licence costs just over a £fiver and both are issued at the post office counter. It's a quick and easy process, no waiting time required save from queuing. Carry the permits with you and your current UK licence, when driving abroad.
