Can a child have dual citizenship ie British and Dutch?

Hi there ,
Since discovering this site , I have been reading through as much post and information as I can manage .
My question is can a child born to a Dutch father who later marries the child’s mother acquire Dutch citizenship? Lets bear in mind that due to separation, I ended up registering the child as British through the 10year old route . I did try the Netherlands website beforehand, it wasn’t in English, so I went for British registration instead.

I'm afraid we are only able to comment on the British side of things, Dutch nationality law is very complex and this is something you need to check with the relevant authorities.
