    UPLOADING PHOTOS AND DOCUMENTS

Take care to cover up any personal details when uploading photos or scans or documents. There are various ways you can do this:
    • Physically cover up your details by placing paper or another object over the relevant parts of your document before taking a picture with your camera or phone. Make sure the object covers up the details fully.
    • With text documents such as letters, you may want to photograph just the body of the letter leaving out the area above containing your details and reference numbers as well as the signature below.
    • Use a photo editor on your computer or a photo editing app on your device (phone or tablet) to erase or cover up any personal details.
    • Use an online image editor, there are many of them around.
