You can now update your details online if you got a new passport.

You will need a photo or scan of you new document to upload. This photo should not have any reflections nor glare on it.

If you see an error message when you try to access your status, you need to contact the resolution centre to fix it. See: Resolution Centre.

You need to do this if you have changed your:
  • mobile phone number
  • email address
  • name
  • identity document
  • UK address
Status under the settlement scheme is digital, no hard copy document or card is issued to EEA nationals. Non EEA nationals who applied with a valid biometric card also get a digital status linked to their BRC, but they can apply for an EUSS biometric card.

Non EEA nationals without a valid biometric card will be issued with a biometric card.
